Reduction of the nitrogen and phosphorus content in liquid manure by separation

This publication describes a method to treat liquid manure with the intention to eliminate the nutrients N and P because of better environmental behaviour. Also a mechanical method for the seperation of the liquid manure into a liquid and a solid phase is described. This treatment provides improving storability and handling so as increasing value for transportation of the liquid manure.
