Whole genome shotgun sequencing (WGS) of Bosea sp. ZW T0_25

ZW T0_25 is a bacterial strain of a presumptive new species belonging to the genus Bosea. This strain was isolated from stored onions (Allium cepa var. Hytech F1). This publication comprises the strain’s 16S rRNA gene sequence as well as the WGS and the underlying raw sequences. The submission of this data to the public data repository NCBI (National Center for Biotechnology Information) is mandatory for the taxonomical publication of this new strain in an international peer reviewed journal.
