In der Düngeverordnung sind für Masthähnchen pauschale Nährstoffausscheidungen je Tier hinterlegt. Für langsam wachsende Herkünfte und Bruderhähne gab es bislang keine eigenen Werte. Die LWK ermittelte sie.
