Die Krebsresistenzprüfung von Kartoffelzuchtstämmen und -sorten in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland
Es wird die Organisation und die Durchführung der Krebsresistenzprüfung (Synchytrium endobioticum [Schilb.] Perc.) in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland beschrieben. Die amtliche Resistenzprüfung (Hauptprüfung) wird von der Biologischen Bundesanstalt für Land- und Forstwirtschaft unter Laborbedingungen nach der Glynne-Lemmerzahl- Methode durchgeführt. Die Krebsbefallssituation hat sich gegenüber der Zeit vor 1945 verbessert. Nach 1945 haben neue Pathotypen an Bedeutung gewonnen. Während gegenüber dem Pathotyp 1 über 70 % der Sorten des deutschen Kartoffelsortimentes resistent reagieren, sind gegenüber den neuen Pathotypen weniger als 5 % der Sorten resistent. Um den Anteil von Sorten mit "Vollresistenz" zu erhöhen, wird die Hauptprüfung mit allen Pathotypen (1, 2,6, 8, 10 und 18) durchgeführt. In der Vorprüfung wird zur Selektion der hoch anfälligen Zuchtstämme vorzugsweise der Pathotyp 1 benutzt.
The German wart order lays down that the reaction of potato cultivars to Synchytrium endobioticum (Schilb.) Perc. has to be tested at the Federal Biological Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry. Organisation and implementation of variety testing to potato wart are presented. The Glynne-Lemmerzahl method is used for preliminary and official tests of newly-bred material and cultivars for their resistance. In contrast to the time before 1945, the importance of potato wart (number of new wart occurrences) has decreased, but the importance of new pathotypes has increased. About 70 % of the potato cultivars of the German varietal potato assortment are resistant to pathotype 1, but only less than 5 % are resistant to new pathotypes (2, 6, 8, 10 and 18). The number of cultivars with resistance against all pathotypes (in the present German varietal spectrum) is too low. So varietal testing in Germany is carried out to all German pathotypes.
