In vitro Rohproteinverdaulichkeit ökologisch erzeugter Ackerbohnen und Futtererbsen für Broiler

The precaecal digestibility of crude protein and amino acids is of interest for feed evaluation in monogastric animal feeding. A modified multi-enzyme method was used to determine the in vitro crude protein and the amino acid digestibility of field beans and field peas. Afterwards, the influence of variety and environmental conditions on the in vitro digestibility was evaluated. While there was no effect of variety, environmental conditions had an effect.
