Praecaecale Rohprotein- und Aminosäurenverdaulichkeit einer Öko-Ackerbohne und einer Öko-Futtererbse bei jungen Broilern
Homegrown grain legumes, like field beans and field peas, are attractive protein feedstuffs in organic farming. The praecaecal digestibility of the crude protein and the amino acids of each a tannin-free frequently used field bean (Vicia faba L.) and field pea (Pisum sativum L.) variety in 21-day-old broiler chicken was studied using a linear regression approach. The crude protein and amino acids of both test feedstuffs were highly digestible at the terminal ileum.
