Ochratoxin A in spices - Development of an analysis method for the determination of Ochratoxin A in chilli
First results indicate that the method shows promising properties for the analysis ofOTA in chilli. Hence, ASE provides a high throughput sample preparation.Investigations on the methods applicability to other type of spices (pepper, curryetc.) are planned. Here, the reduction of interferences pose a challenge to theanalytical method as the various type of spices show strong matrix variations.Further development of the method considering the matrix influence followed by acomprehensive method validation is planned.
