SVEPM 2024, the annual conference of the Society for Veterinary Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, Uppsala, Sweden

The 2024 Annual Meeting of the Society for Veterinary Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine (SVEPM) was hosted in Uppsala, Sweden, from 20^th to 22^nd of March, 2024. The local organising committee, chaired by Dr Jenny Frössling, received more than 180 delegates in the historical Norrlands Nation building in the centre of town. The delegates represented 26 countries. As usual most delegates came from Europe, but North and South America, Africa and Australia were also represented. We highlight that for the second year a bursary award in the name of the late George Gettinby allowed participation of a student from a Low- or Middle- Income Country.
