Methanproduktion und Fütterung : Potenzial verschiedener Maßnahmen unterschiedlich groß
In den Empfehlungen zur Energie- und Nährstoffversorgung von Milchkühen des Ausschusses für Bedarfsnormen der Gesellschaft für Ernährungsphysiologie wurde erstmals ein Kapitel zur Methanproduktion aufgenommen. Das Ziel dieses Kapitels besteht darin, Handlungsoptionen aufzuzeigen und nicht Empfehlungen zur Gewährleistung oder Unterschreitung einer Maximalmenge an Methan, die eine Kuh täglich produzieren sollte, auszuweisen.
A chapter on methane production was included for the first time in the recommendations on energy and nutrient supply for dairy cows by the Nutritional Standards Committee of the Society for Nutritional Physiology. The aim of this chapter is to demonstrate options for actions and not recommendations for ensuring or falling below a maximum amount of methane that a cow should produce daily.
