The repository includes the following files: 

dat_LUC.csv: All data presented in the manuscript for the particle size fractionation, Rock-Eval analysis and extracted DIRFT-MIR spectra information 

Var_names_dat_LUC.csv: Description of all variables and parameters in dat_LUC.csv and corresponding units

spc_bulk_rs.csv: Resampled DRIFT-MIR spetra in the range of 455-3999 1/cm of all bulk soils with IDs presented in Var_names_dat_LUC.csv. 

spc_fractions_rs.csv: Resampled DRIFT-MIR spetra in the range of 455-3999 1/cm of all fractions with IDs presented in Var_names_dat_LUC.csv. Fractions are indicated by coarse and fine in the column Fraction. 

 

All .csv use "," as separator. 

Additionl infrmation can be requested or is given in the published article. 

Dieser Datensatz enthält die Daten, die in der Geoderma Veröffentlichung „Separating fast from slow cycling soil organic carbon – A multi-method comparison on land use change sites” von Schiedung et al. (2025) veröffentlicht sind. Es sind alle publizierten Daten veröffentlicht in drei .csv Dateien und eine Beschreibung der Parameter in Var_naes_dat_LUC.csv. Eine der Dateien enthält alle veröffentlichten Daten und die zwei weiteren enthalten die Spektren jeder Probe im MIR Bereich.
