The tocochromanol composition of 27 cold pressed cactus seed oil (CO) from different Moroccan locations and extraction periods were investigated using normal phase liquid chromatography (HPLC-FLD). The aim was to provide a general overview about the tocochromanol content and composition for the Moroccan CO. 5 tocochromanol isomers were identified and quantified and the main isomer was γ-tocopherol and it was the predominate isomer in the whole investigated samples with content ranging from 173–1,062 mg/kg oil. γ-tocopherol made 92–97% of the whole tocochromanol composition. Other isomers were α-tocopherol, β-tocotrienol, γ-tocotrienol, δ-tocopherol. The data included in this study can further be explored and interpreted.
