Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Paratyphi B from mute swan ( Cygnus olor ): complete genome sequence features point towards invasive variant potential
A subgroup of Salmonella (S.) enterica subsp. enterica serovar Paratyphi B
is significantly associated with invasive infections in humans. We report the complete
genome sequence of a potentially invasive. S. Paratyphi B isolated from a mute swan
(Cygnus olor) found dead at an urban recreation park in Berlin, Germany.
