The internet portal oekolandbau.de is to be expanded to include a multimedia "potato practice diary" in order to impart knowledge to a young, agricultural target group. With the help of podcasts, video contributions, and similar formats, the entire value chain of the (organic) potato is to be highlighted. The project is intended to create the conceptual basis for the development and media preparation of agronomic content on other crops.
