This subset of data provides detailed information on various minerals (Ca, Cl, Mg, P, K, Na, S), trace elements (Cr, Cu, I, Fe, Mn, Mo, Se, Zn) as well as heavy metals (Cd, Pb, Ni). This dataset was created as part of a project aimed to comprehensively characterize the composition of plant-based drinks, with a focus on oat, soy, and almond drinks. In total, six samples from each beverage category were analyzed in duplicate batches. Further details on the experimental setup, sample collection, and applied methodologies can be found in the linked publication on this page. These data are intended to serve the scientific community as a basis for evaluating these products and are also available for consumption studies analysis.
