Herkunftsangaben bei alternativen Baumarten - derzeit und künftig
Die Kontinuität der Ökosystemleistungen, wie Rohholzproduktion, Klimaschutz-, Erholungs- und Naturschutzleistungen, der Wälder sicherzustellen, bleibt auch im Klimawandel ein grundsätzliches Ziel. Wohlüberlegtes Handeln mit identitätsgesichertem forstlichem Vermehrungsgut ist der sicherste Weg zum Aufbau stabiler Mischwälder bzw. Waldökosysteme und zu einer Diversifizierung des Angebots. Am Beispiel der neun von der BLAG-FGR als zukunftsfähig erachteten alternativen Baumarten werden Wege zu identitätsgesichertem Vermehrungsgut aufgezeigt.
Ensuring the continuity of ecosystem services, such as wood production, climate protection, recreation services and nature conservation services provided by forests, remains a fundamental goal even under climate change. Well-considered action with identity-assured forest reproductive material is the surest way to establish stable mixed forests or forest ecosystems and for diversity. Possibilities to identity-assured forest reproductive material are given for the nine alternative tree species that the BLAG-FGR considers to be sustainable under future conditions.
