Lokale Migrationspolitik in ländlichen Regionen Deutschlands: Ausgangspunkte für empirische Forschung
Das vorliegende Working Paper 142 skizziert die Ausgangssituation für die Erforschung lokaler Migrations- und Flüchtlingspolitik in ländlichen Räumen in Deutschland. Dabei wird unter anderem Bezug genommen auf die Verflechtung verschiedener politischer und administrativer Ebenen, auf kommunale Handlungsoptionen in unterschiedlichen Politikfeldern (hier: Wohnen, Arbeit, Bildung, Sprache, Gesundheit und Mobilität) sowie auf querliegende Aspekte wie Fragen der Steuerung (Governance) und der politischen Partizipation Geflüchteter. Das Working Paper fasst zudem mögliche Einflussfaktoren lokaler Migrationspolitik kursorisch zusammen.
This working paper 142 outlines the starting point for research on local migration and refugee policy in rural areas in Germany. Reference is made to the multilevel governance of the political and the administrative level, to options for actions at the municipal level concerning different policy fields (housing, employment, education, language, health and mobility) as well as to aspects about participation of refugees. Finally, the working paper summarizes possible important factors for local migration policy.
