The bulletin briefly and concisely describes the current global situation with regard to the most important animal diseases and assesses the resulting dangers for animal holdings in Switzerland using a traffic light system (danger levels green, yellow and red). Persuaded by the convincing concept of this Radar Bulletin, the FLI has been cooperating with the BLV since February 2016 in compiling the bulletin; a cooperation agreement was signed in October. … will now be published in a German version From November on, a „Radar Bulletin Germany“ will be published in addition to the Swiss edition, which will assess the global animal disease situation from the German point of view. It will be published online monthly in two versions: the version for the veterinary agencies will contain additional data from the European Animal Disease System (ADNS) and will be available for download via the Animal Disease Reporting System (TSN) of the FLI. From November 2016 on, an additional public version of the Radar Bulletin will be available on the FLI website.
