Objectives: Since 20 January 2009, the CLP Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 has been in the effect in the EU. Article 45 stipulates compulsory reporting of formulations of mixtures by the industry for emergency health services. Having to collect such informations in Germany, BfR ist developing a uniform standardized electronic data set for product data supplied by companies.
